Breinton’s Neighbourhood Development Plan has been examined by an independent person, approved by over 97% of voters in a Parish Referendum and adopted by Herefordshire Council as part of its Local Planning Framework. The last consultation 2016
Herefordshire Council ran a second consultation on the Regulation 16 Draft of the Neighbourhood Development Plan. These consultations ran for six weeks from Tuesday 8th March 2016 to Tuesday April 19th 2016. Comments had to be made by 11.59pm on the 19th April. Comments received after this time would not be considered.
