26.51 Apologies for absence. To receive apologies for absence.

26.52 Declarations of interest and written requests for dispensation.

Members are invited to declare disclosable pecuniary interests (DPI) and any other registerable interests in items on the agenda. Requests for dispensation must be in writing to the Clerk as soon as possible before the meeting.

26.53 Public Open Session. To receive comments from the public on parish matters.

26.54 Police Community Charter Priorities April-June 2026. Members to review and consider Breinton priorities for April-June 2026. Previously:

            1. Thefts in the parish general

            2. Anti-social behaviour at Breinton Springs

            3. Speeding on Kings Acre Road from the Credenhill junction.

26.55 Council Policies. To prepare for the Internal Audit, members are requested to review and approve the following policies:

  1. Financial Risk Assessment.
  2. Clerk’s Delegated Powers.
