Breinton Parish Council Press Release – 2nd February 2018
Breinton Parish Council has arranged 2 public meetings for residents to view the impact of the proposed routes of the Western relief road. These are additional to the consultation events arranged by Herefordshire Council. Both will both be held at Breinton Village Hall. Over 200 people attended the first meeting on Saturday 17th February. The second meeting will be on Saturday 10th March, between 10.00am and 2.00pm.
There will be displays that will supplement those prepared by Herefordshire Council for their consultation events. During each of the events, there will be 2 question and answer (Q&A) sessions, starting at 11.00am and 1.00pm.
Cllr Philip Price (Herefordshire Council Cabinet member for infrastructure), ward Cllr Bob Matthews and Bill Wiggin MP all attended the first meeting on Saturday 17th February but are not expected on March 3rd.
The Parish Council displays will be available to view throughout each event, and Parish Councillors will be available all the time between 10.00 and 2.00 if you have questions and you cannot attend the Q&A sessions.
