We have recently had installed a defibrillator with a grant from the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) Community Defibrillator Scheme and matchfunding from Breinton Parish Council. We have had permission from Breinton Village Hall for the defibrillator to be sited there and is available 24/7. (photo credit Mike Harries)

Please be aware that the defibrillator is now fitted and been registered with the circuit and West Midlands Ambulance Service and can be found on the national defibrillator map here:

https://www.defibfinder.uk/

If you call the ambulance service and a defibrillator is needed then they will inform you to the one nearest to you and the code needed to open the cabinet. (If the cabinet is locked).

Previous experience or first aid qualification/training is not necessary however please find herewith an online link to a professionally recorded full demonstration training session including FAQs. This can be downloaded and shared with others. We also advise that you retain this for future reference and refresher sessions: https://vimeo.com/557677120/e7524918c5

There is also a defibrillator sited at The Bay Horse, Kings Acre Road.
